Ever since he was a kid, Dr. Singh has been around the world of healthcare, especially since he grew up with a father who is a revered pulmonologist in the medical community. To find a career that allowed him to build strong relationships with patients while also reserving plenty of time to be with family, he ended up deciding to become a dentist. It was also during his junior year of college that he grew inspired by his cousin to work towards pediatric dentistry since they had just graduated from dental school. The opportunity to work with his hands and create positive change in someone’s life was just too compelling to pass up. Today, he loves providing essential dental care and helping his patients enjoy their smiles!
Dr. Singh first attended Carnegie Mellon University for his undergraduate degree before studying at Howard University College of Dentistry to earn his dental doctorate. He also graduated with the highest honors as part of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Afterward, he began his pediatric residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. To this day, he continues to present a commitment to exceptional care and constant improvement. He’s also a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist—the highest honor given by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists, as only 38% of pediatric dentists have earned this recognition.
Other than being an adjunct faculty member at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, Dr. Singh regularly seeks continuing education to refine his skills and expertise, and he’s an active member of several organizations, such as the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the American Laser Study Club.
When he isn’t at the office helping little one’s with their smiles, Dr. Singh spends time as a proud member of Friends For Good—a social philanthropic group that focuses on hosting social events to raise money for numerous charities. His hobbies include playing in various sports leagues (like tennis, volleyball, and spikeball), hiking, bicycling, listening to stand-up comedy, working out, enjoying live music, and going out with friends. One interesting fact about him: he was a jazz drummer for 10 years!
My kids are new to Happy Teeth and I couldn't be happier that I made the switch! The entire staff was very pleasant including the receptionists, assistants, and doctors. I first called in with a ton of questions and they were so polite and happy to help. They are very flexible and easy to make appointments. Both the kids and I were very pleased! I would recommend all my mom friends to go there!

Should your child need an emergency dental visit, it’s best to pick up the phone and call their local dentist. Oftentimes, these injuries can be time-sensitive, so it’s essential that you get in touch with a professional right away. When discussing the incident with a dental team member, you’ll learn if the injury requires immediate treatment or if you can expect to see your emergency dentist near Bristol in a day or two. Your child’s smile should never be put on the back burner just because you don’t think you can afford dental care. Instead, you should expect to call the dentist’s office and inquire about alternative forms of payment. If you have dental insurance, make sure to use it, as it will help you save big when your child undergoes preventive or restorative dentistry.
At Happy Teeth, we’re also pleased to accept Medicaid and CHIP, and we partner with CareCredit, which allows families to enroll in low-to-no-interest financing and break up the cost of treatment over several months.
